The Avalon Group of Companies was founded in 2002 by James Gilbert. The principals of Avalon have billions of dollars of global experience in real estate development with specialties in hospitality, healthcare, asset management, construction, site development, entitlements, and real estate brokerage.
Our primary focus as a company is to become a leader and innovator of Master Planned Communities, Large Mixed-Use, and Hospitality properties across America. Avalon Development Holding also has a division that is solely dedicated to the design and construction of healthcare facilities. Our team will work with you in the areas of strategic and operational planning, code/regulation research, site selection, sustainable design, construction processes, and patient safety that fit into your healthcare delivery model.
